What is collected

If you join the early access list, we keep the email address you type, the date you sent it, and a one-way hash of the network address it came from. The hash exists to stop automated flooding and cannot be turned back into an address.

If you have an account, ClockWork holds the work you put into it: your accounts, contacts, deals, tasks, notes, voice recordings and their transcripts, trips, time entries and receipts, plus your name, email and sign-in records. That data belongs to the company that invited you.

What it is used for

The early access address is used for one thing: to tell you when access opens in your area. Nothing else is sent to it.

Account data is used to run the product for your team: to show your records, transcribe what you record, and send the mail the product owes you. Access is decided by role inside your own company, and no other company can reach your records.

What is never done with it

Your data is not sold, rented, or handed to advertisers. This site sets no tracking cookies. Page counts are measured without cookies and without anything that identifies a visitor.

Deletion

Ask and it goes. Write to the address below and we remove your early access entry, or your account and the data attached to it, and confirm when it is done. Company records are deleted at the request of that company's administrator.
